Founded in 1989 by Joe Hollins, Tip Top Construction has grown into one of the Caribbean's leading general contracting firms. With over 580 completed contracts spanning both federal and private sectors, we employ a full-time staff across all construction disciplines. 2006 Biennial Award — Excellence in Highway Design

U.S. Department of Transportation • Federal Highway Administration

Award of Merit for Historic Preservation, presented to Tip Top Construction for the Sunday Market Square project in Christiansted, St. Croix.

The project restored Market Street, a historic streetscape in Christiansted. Work included reconstructing the pavement with brick and cobblestone, preserving historic drainage infrastructure, and burying utilities in duct banks.
